Everything you
need to know
- All prices are in EUR per apartment and day, excluding local tax.
- Tourist registration tax is charged at € 2.20 per person/day for guests aged 16 and over.
- Short stay surcharge for stays of 1 night: plus 20%
- Our apartments are non-smoking apartments (you can smoke on the balconies).
- Your apartment is available from 16.00 hrs on arrival day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 hrs on departure day.
- Pets are always welcome on request - we ask for your understanding that we charge a small additional fee for your pet.
- The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel industry apply.
- We charge 30% of the total price as a deposit (payment due: 14 days after booking).
- Cancellation conditions:
three months or more prior to your planned departure date: free
3 months to 1 month prior to your planned departure date: 40% of the room price
1 month to 1 week before your intended arrival date: 70% of the room price
within 7 days before the planned arrival: 90% of the room price
in case of no-show: 100% of the room price - We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
- Please settle your bill in cash, by debit card, bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
